Muy amables los chicos que atienden. No me agradó que tienen información engañosa, empezando por la dirección que es totalmente diferente, yo elegí el lugar por la cercanía al Arco de Santa Catalina, según su ubicación en la aplicación, pero la realidad era otra, hasta el Uber anduvo perdido buscando la dirección y quedaba bastante alejado del punto de referencia... Al llegar nos dieron una habitación con baño compartido, que no era lo que habíamos elegido, para que nos dieran habitación con baño privado tuvimos que pagar 65$ más. Creo que deben ser más transparentes con la información que brindan.
