Welcome to our centrally located house in Antigua Guatemala. We are within walking distance of Iglesia LaMerced, ElArco, and the central park of Antigua is 5 blocks away. There are many cafes, restaurants, and parking in the area—street vendors after 5p.m. at the Iglesia La Merced. wifi, hot water,kitchenette , small fridge, stove only, patio, common area television. 2 blocks from the Antigua Arch.

We have parking available for one small sedan for an additional fee to be paid at check-in of $10.00 per night. There is also private parking lots on the same street if parking inside the property isn’t feasible. We provide clean towels, shampo, and soap.

This was a great place to stay with our 3 adult children, son in law and 2 grandchildren. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and yet be together in the common area. Our Grandchildren (toddler and 4 year old) had plenty of room to be free, run around and play. The location is amazing! There are two small stores right next store for easy access to supplies. The old Merced Catholic Church is a few hundred feet away which is an amazing tourist site. It is a short walk to the square with plenty of restaurants around. Our host communicated well before arriving, super responsive and very friendly. One day while we were away, they notified us that there was a broken water main which may possibly affect us. The water was out for a few hours, which was not a big deal, but it was super kind that the host gave us notice that this was an issue. And to be clear it was Antigua city that caused this problem not the property itself. I would highly recommend this home to others and the host has our highest endorsement.

spacious, clean

The only bump we encountered was that there was no dinning room table to accommodate 12 people +, there was just one small table with 4 chairs :( So instead we gathered all the dressing tables in the bedrooms along with 2 benches from the foyer to allow us all 12 to sit and eat together in the kitchen area
