First and last time staying at an IBIS hotel. The noise from the room above me was unconscionably loud and annoying until 2 am and then the noise from the hallway early leavers started at 6 am. Good location and hotel. Only giving 3 as dog friendly yet can’t leave dog in room and no dogs for breakfast area for coffee. So if you want to stay and have no breakfast or drink it’s fine
