"When we arrived in our room the room was not cleaned. Then when we went to breakfast we went at 10:25 and it said breakfast was until 11:00 and they told us breakfast was over so make sure you go to breakfast before 10 am don’t go off of the sign it’s false. Each night we went to the pool there were no towels and food around the hot tub. There was blue painters tape holding up the trim in the elevator. The rooms are super loud. You can hear everything. Even the people talk outside and your neighbor in the next room"

"Nicole at the front desk was amazing. Very kind, patient, friendly and accommodating when I wanted a different room. She was very courteous and attentive. I would stay there again because of her excellent service."
