"We enjoyed our stay at ILO. The kids loved it too. The pools are really nice, there are some safety regulations that may need to be considered in and around the pools. The steps into the pools are too deep and often people fall there. The vibe at the pools were a lot of fun, the restaurants were great. The service was great. "This was my second stay as I liked the first. I must take it account the very low price. This was great given the low amount I paid. The room was spacious and has a balcony. Breakfast was included It is close to Cotisse bus station. They were very accommodating and easy to communicate with prior. They bought bus tickets for me and all the staff I met were friendly. Their English wasn’t great. It is a shared bathroom. "

"This is our second stay at the Relais - we stayed here in 2025 just for one night but are now staying for two so we can decompress coming from London and also enjoy the pool and restaurant. There is also great WiFi so I can complete some work. Friendly staff, lovely food especially the breakfast which has a variety of hot dishes, cold buffet, pastries and omelettes. Rooms are good and the grounds delightful - a real oasis."
