"Antalya’s Akra Hotel is excellent. It has a fantastic team that is very helpful, superb facilities, especially the gym, and rich and varied cuisine. However, I have three serious complaints about our stay there from August 9 to August 16. First, we took a taxi from the hotel with a driver who does business with them. He turned out to be fraudulent. We wanted to go to Terra Mall. The hotel staff member told him to take us there explicitly. The driver told us he was also a real estate agent and said he could help us buy an apartment. I told him I was not interested. Instead of taking us to Terra Mall, he took us to a remote place and charged us four times the fare to Terra. He dropped us in front of a shop whose owner he knew. He said he would wait for us until we completed our shopping. I told him this was not a mall and threatened to report him. He panicked and took us to our intended destination. When I returned to the hotel, I immediately reported him to the office “Guest Experiences.” I gave the staff the car model and a photo of the driver. The guy promised to investigate and get back to us. I heard nothing from the hotel, even though we stayed there for four days after the incident. Failure to get back to me on this case is utterly unacceptable and, if anything, suggests that the hotel administration turns a blind eye to such violations. The second incident concerns the no-smoking policy in the rooms, which was one of the reasons I chose Akra."

"The room was clean but very outdated. It looks from 90’s with the design and colors. Breakfast was not included to the price. The location is great, in the middle of everywhere. They dont have a beach but the falez area was nice to swim."
