Very nice hotel in a great location

Royalisa is a very nice hotel in a great location. Beach and Alanium mall are within a walking distance. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and drinks are all included all day long in the main restaurant or in the beautiful gardens. Nice swimming pool with water slides for kids, aqua gym and different activities... Friendly staff especially Cenah who helped us a lot in all what we needed. Will definitely come back ! Thank you

A Strange Experience travelling alone.

I will give a very honest review based on my own experience. The great part is that the eighth floor has a superb view over all Alanya and the balconies are a nice size. However, this is a very old hotel.The entrance has been refurbished nicely, but is very dark with the colours chosen. It has a spooky feel to it. That said it would feel.diffetent when full in summer time. The rooms have been newly painted, but are very basic and space. That said, you have what you need. With tea and coffee in the lobby available. The pool is out of use in the winter time, but it looks nice for summer etc. I had a weird experience with housekeeping who did the usual towel animals, then when they found out I wasn't staying were, let's say were less than pleasant. The old Turkish Hospitality has changed somewhat, with the thinking that all of us Europeans are Uber rich lol. Would I stay there again? NO. It was a strange feeling there for me that I didn't like, so I checked out.

It was a well-organised hotel and families with small children were catered for with care and attention. Everyone seemed to be in their rooms by 10 o'clock, which meant no noise to disturb my sleep. The staff at Reception were welcoming and ready to resolve any difficulties.

The place is good for its price range. The room itself was clean but the AC was barley keeping up with the heat. For the life of me I don't know why they placed the AC exhausts on the balcony as it made it like a sauna and mostly unusable. The food was good but generic. The stay would have been much nicer if the food area was air conditioned. wireless is extra so keep an eye out for that. I would come back again but in cooler whether.

In general staff is very nice polite but hotel self food is awful. Not very tasty, not much variation in food. Reception had 1 staff was very rude not friendly or helpful while others were helpful. We had booked VIP service back to airport, which never showed up and we ended up taking normal taxi. And Reception was a bit of rude jn helping or finding solutions for mistake from their side. Cleaning ladies a very nice and trying to the their bed Other staff walking around are also nice friendly trying to help

Huoneet isot. + Kaapit haisi. Mut piti raollaan. Ni ok. Suihkut homeessa. Mutta eihän suihkus ja wc kauaa tarvinnut olla. Ei niinkään haissu homeelle. .Mut silmis tuntu aamuisin. Silmätipat auttoi. Huoneissa kyllä raikas puhdas tuaksu.4 huonetta oli varattu( yksi huoneista haisi todella pahalle. Eikä WC toiminut. Toki tulivat korjaa. Haju jäi). Huoneet/ parveke oli siistit. Kovat sängyt. Ja jääkaappi piti kovaa ääntä. Äänet kuulu todella helposti huoneeseen. Nii hotellin kun ulkoista.Jokunen baari reissu liian pitkäksi menny. Pahoinvointi ääniä. Parina aamu. /Yönä kuuli. Mutta niinku joku aikaisemmissa arvosteluissa kerto ni potentiaalia. Kunnon. Homepesuilla ja korjauksilla. Varmasti tulisi yks tähti lisää. Kuitenki jäätävän tilavat huoneet. Siistit hotellin tilat. Hotellin henkilökunta meitä kohtaan. Erittäin ystävällisiä. Ja kertoivat ettei kannata ostaa keneltäkään mitään. Ja ei häirinnyt kertaakaan sen jälkeen. Kaikki ruuat oli hyviä tai oisko ok. Kaikille jotain. Jopa nirsoille.. Ruokaa saatiiin lisää koko ajan. Nii pää ruuista kuin salaateista.Sai muokkaa mieleisen. Jälkiruoka/ hedelmätkinihan ok. Toistuviin.mutta runsaita. Lämpötiloja seuraillut ja kokeiltu kylmien alusii. Ja lämpimät ruuat kuumia. Meitä siis iso porukka. Kukaan ei sairastunut mihinkään. Baari tarjonta niukkaa Mut keksittiin uusii miksei paukkuihin. Ja moktail tyyli. Kyl ne toteutti. Naureskeli vain välillä. Eli ihan ok. Siivous ihan parasta. WC paper/vedet sai tarvit. Siivoojalta.

Leider haben wir das Hotel mit einem schlechten Gefühl verlassen. Das Hotel ist renovierungsbedürftig, und obwohl alles inklusive ist, fallen für die Sauna und das Hamam zusätzliche Kosten an. Abends im Restaurant in Ruhe zu essen ist ein echtes Problem, weil genau dort die Animation beginnt. Zeker een goed hotel voor de prijs, ik zou er met een gerust hart terug gaan. Eten is goed, personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en er wordt goed schoongemaakt. Strand is op loop afstand, wat natuurlijk fijn is en het hotel is iets wat verouderd en de bedden zijn langzaam aan vervanging toe. Ik heb er genoten

Öncelikle Çok beklentimiz. yoktu ama yemek olarak çok çeşit yoktu. içeçek alırken müşteri ayrımı yapılıyor. mesela buz isteyince zaten içeceklerimiz soğuk diyorlar. Havuz başında hiç görevli yok. Kaydırakları kontrol eden kimse yok. kısacası kötü bir tatildi.

10-15 Temmuz arası aile olarak konakladık. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımcı. Odalar eski, yeterince priz yok, tv’ler çok karlı gösteriyor ve küçük, banyoda diş fırçalarınızı koyacağınız bir bardak yok. Odalarda wifi hizmeti ücretli. Otel kumsala yürüme mesafesinde, kumsalda şezlong ve şemsiye kullanacaklar için 30tl ücreti var. Deniz içi sivri kayalıklar biraz tehlikeli olabiliyor. Havuzu ve kaydırakları gayet yeterli. Yemekler daha çok yabancı misafirler için iyi. Türk damak tadına göre değil. Çeşit çok ama genelde aynı şeyler çıkıyor. Önceki günden kalan pilavların karıştırıldığı da çok belli oluyor. Bazı geceler eğlence oluyor, bize bir kere denk geldi. Diğer günler çocuklar eğlensin diye aynı şarkıları açıp gidiyorlar, animasyon yok, çocuklar kendi kendine eğleniyor. Gün içinde de havuz başında ara ara müzik açılıyor. Çocuklarım kaydıraklarda çok güzel eğlendiği için ben eksileri çok umursamadım ama daha iyi olabilirdi.
