Warning. Please don’t reserve this hotel. I stayed there for 4 nights and it was a nightmare. I don’t this this is even a hotel, it’s a water park.

Upon entering the property i was very disappointed with the qccommodation. My sister was close to tears as the pictures did not represent the property truly. The room looked a dingy motel. The room was basic as it could be - a single bed with no headboard and a double in the corner, one wardrobe and a dressing table. The walls were white and the floor was vinyl. The walls were dirty with cracks and marks. There was no interior design at all. The room was advertised as sound proof but i could hear very clearly what the neighbours were getting upto at night and the loud music from neighbouring hotels. The room lock did not work at first and was changed by the hotel staff. However, i soon discovered all room locks were the same when I accidentally entered another room next door to me. The breakfast options were limited and no water was offered on arrival or at breakfast. The fridge in the room was empty. Only the slides deserve some credit but even then me and my family did not go on them because of how we felt staying in the property.

Aqua çok güzel personel güler yüzlü. Odalar orta seviye. Sosyal faaliyet yok. Havuz kapandıktan sonra yapacak birsey kalmıyor. Odayı onemsemeyenler ve havuz dışında beklentisi olmayanlar memnun kalabilir. Genel olarak da kötü değil

Un séjour prévu de 2 nuits mais nous sommes rester seulement une nuit car nous étions très fatigué du voyage, départ dès le matin après un petit déjeuner pauvre en choix, café soluble, lait froid, donut ( pain ) coupe en deux, pas de jus de fruit… en revanche la pastèque était bonne.En revanche, l’équipe a était au top à notre arrivé, accueillante, agréable, serviable. Mais impossible d’avoir une bouteille d’eau à partir de 23h… pas de distributeur… Cet établissement n’est tout simplement pas à notre goût.

Bir otel sitesinde yer almaması gereken bir yer, otel değil aqua park. İş için Antalya’ya getirdiğim 2 kişi, gece geç giriş yaptıkları için mecburen ilk gece kaldılar, oda kalınacak gibi olmadığı için sonraki sabah çıkış yaptılar. Durumu dile getirdik, ödeme iadesi istedik, durum telafi edilmedi, personelin sözlü saldırganlığı ile karşılaştık. Otel kategorisinde yer almaması ve odaları kapatılması gereken bir yer, personelin saygısızlığı ve terbiyesizliği de ayrı bir konu.

Otel olarak gidilmez . Kaydıraklar dışında hiçbir artısı yok , odalar çok küçük kahvaltı vasat herşey dahil konsept olmalı çünkü oteller bölgesi olduğu için dışarıdan yemek gerekiyor fiyatlar çok pahalı ve genel olarak pis ve yemek yenecek yerler arabayla 15-20 dk mesafede oda ücretleri çok yüksek denizde özel plaj yok halk plajı çok kalabalık tatil için uygun bir yer değil
