I didn't like it because it's not clean not the good services in the rooms and even the food I didn't like so far the booking is too expensive

Bad experience
The rooms were ok but excessively hot the air conditioning works poorly the balcony door won’t close because of defective locker the bathroom sink is plugged in water stuck in I was lucky to only stayed for one night otherwise I don’t know how I will survive it for few more nights

Horrible service, dirty room, cleaning service on very low level.
Food wassame every day, over salt, sometimes not fresh.
Dirty fruits and vegetables.
One day you have salad from onions, peppers and tomatoes, and next day it's casserole with eggs.
Bar choice: white and red wine from unlabeled bottles, wodka, beer.
Don't get foolish about "free entry to water park"!!! Its just simpl pool with

We serve all our guests at the same rate with all our services. 350 guests with you made the holiday. your complaints is a very important issue yes, but if we had a missing service and problematic service, my other 350 guests would complain and we had to make the situation unable to control. however, this is not the case I have seen as a result of my research with my team.
we give you the right. I wish you hadn't experienced these problems. Because you wanted to spend your precious time with us. You are not happy we are very sorry about this.
We will turn your complaints and missing aspects into a better service.

We stayed for 7 days in August...we had a great time..the family room was spacious with 2 bedrooms and 5 beds..sheets and towels are changed daily and bathroom is cleaned daily but the room floor was never cleaned. We were at all inclusive..the food was good and they even give snaks on the pool in the afternoon...the pool is clean and very nice and the kids enjoyed the playroom a lot..I also did a massage in their Spa and it was so relaxing and staff were friendly....for a 3 star hotel I can say our stay was wonderful and as a family we enjoyed it a lot.

Checkin time 12 -14 and we arrive about 16.00(let them know 2 hours before) and when we arrive room was not ready . We wait 1 hour at bar and it was too hot( no air conditions or anything) . after 1 hour they said room was ready than we went to room. Cleaner she was in room still cleaning and she was soo tired and sad(thats .ake me feel so sorry for her) . There more and more to say but it was the horrible experience for us

Positive things: balcony, swimming pool.
Negative: one cleaning in 7 days because we ordered it after 4 days. taxi ordered from hotel was more expensive than normal. The breakfast was not so good, the coffee terrible powdercoffee.

If you choose this hotel, lower your expectations as much as possible and do not look at photos on website. They have nothing in common with reality.
The hotel doesn’t really have any private beach they rent a part of another private beach in 10 minutes ride. They also provide a shuttle to this beach three times a day. There is a public beach relatively close to hotel (15 minutes by walk).
The room and especially the bathroom smelled musty and it was never really cleaned. The food had quite poor quality.
Wi-fi is awful. It’s even impossible to load a single page or send a message.
This hotel is ok for those who is only looking for a place to sleep and doesn’t care about the rest. It can be an option if you have some money limits. Otherwise choose another hotel. Safe is not included in the price. For it you need to pay a lot of money separately.

dear the beach that our shuttle bus get our guest to is exactually our private beach i mean that the beach is rent for lara hadrianus so just hotels guest without any charges can enter to the beach.we try to fix our negative points as soon as possible and we will be happy to see you again in our hotel.
We were glad we had only booked for a couple of nights This was a cheap hotel to stay in but very run down and could do with a good clean, the food serving area was very dirty and floors could do with a wash. Rooms were shabby. If you don't expect much you won't be disappointed

Nice cozy hotel near the beach. We loved our clean and spacious room with daily cleaning provided. Hotel staff was professional and very friendly. Especially the staff in the restaurant deserves our big thanks since they made us feel special every single time! Food was tasty, regularly being refreshed (buffet style) and of a good selection. In fact, the All Inclusive System was very generous. We enjoyed our stay at 100% and we loved it so much that we extended for another week. Looking forward to coming next year again.

fridge, good air conditioning, rich food (but without fish), a large selection of salads, fruits, beer. The hotel has older classical equipment, clean, hairdryer, soap in the baskets, plus every day a half-liter bottle of free water in the room for everyone. Large swimming pool with slide.

The hotel is far away from the center. The personel where mostly students and there was lack of professional service most of the time. There is no funtional night activity/disco as specifed. All inclusive does not include the bar in the beach. To near to the airport with lot of noise from the airplains landings and lift up. Most dissapointing is the pricing rate issued by hotel.com, even with 75% disscunt, the total experince was that the hotel is worth less than what you paid for.

Bei Anreise einchecken konnte ich nicht weil ausgebucht war, so hatman mich für einen Tag in einem anderen Hotel untergebracht. Ich habe AllInclusive gebucht und auch von Expedia bestätigt bekommen, an der Reception die böse Überraschung, nicht mal Frühstück war im Preis drin. Origilbestätigung von Expedia ans Hotel konnte ich einsehen, ohne Frühstück. FRechheit von Expedia, musste All Inclusive an Ort und Stell noch mal bezahlen
