I booked 2 apartments. One of them has a washer and wifi. But the other one did not have a washer or wifi. The property advertised that every unit has wifi and a washer to do laundry. We have 2 small children, not been able to wash the clothes is very bad.

Handy apartments close to airport and Lara Beach
This was great for us as a one night stay to be close to Antalya airport for an early flight…lovely outside area nice pool and the downstairs apartments looked nice with a little terrace and table area - if we stayed again for longer I would book a downstairs apartment next time.

Not good for me
The room is small, the shower is very tight. There was a bug in the bed. For some reason, there were no curtains in the room. The dogs barked all night. The mattress is very hard, in the morning it felt like I was sleeping on a board. Breakfast is disgusting. Spicy omelet and a piece of cheese. The only plus is close to the airport.

Key opened every door maids never cleaned room no towels supplied power cuts was regular WiFi kept disconnecting there was no kettle supplied and when they gave us a kettle it was broken. We went out on 2 occasions only to return to find that people had been in our room. When we confronted the hotel they couldn’t speak a word of English and they thought it was funny

The place is nice,but the cleaning and the essentials supply(towels) is bad.I have never used one towel for multiple days in a hotel.Hotel.com misled me in the booking,I booked an apartment and at Lara beach,they told me I booked a standard room.I had to paid extra cost there to have the apartment.The morning breakfast chef is good and very welcoming and I didn't regret having breakfast included into my stay. One of the receptionists need to be a bit more aware of customers satisfaction. Otherwise,it is a nice place and only the services need improvement for a good rating.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in . The customer service was awful. The apartment didn’t have towels and no pillows and when I asked for them it toke 2days to deliver by that time I was leaving. The rooms were dirty . Bath room awful. The air condition system stops every 5 minutes. And the breakfast was disgusting and disappointed . I don’t recommend the hotel to any one who wants to visit Antalya

Totally unexpected bad surprise
It was sold as a luxury 2 bedroom house, while in reality it was an apartment where stairs landing area was counted as second room.. it had no door and stair were very steep and starts very close to the bed placed in landing area. I booked for 2 nights but checked out very next morning.

Big rooms and the the aircon was good. A little distance from things but we had a car to get around. Others use a cab service which was very good. Good area to have a rest from all the busy tourist areas.

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The apartments were nice and clean and well furnished, but this is the only good thing I can say. We stayed for 3 nights and for three days we had no water in the hotel. The first morning we were told the water would be back on at 10.30am then 3.30pm and was finally back on at 10-30pm. The second morning again we woke up to no water and again was told it would be off most of the day -again didn’t come back on til late evening. The third morning again we woke up to no water. Can you imagine 2 adults and 2 teenage boys with no water being unable to wash or even flush the toilet!! Disgusting! Management would accept no responsibility and said the water problem was due to the council not her. She would not refund any money and in fact by the third day almost all guests were demanding a refund but she would not budge. She wouldn’t even agree to a partial refund. Other hotels had water because they had their own water tank, she was obviously not prepared to fund one of these for her guests. How can you charge guests and not provide the basics. If we had been refunded our money we could have moved to another hotel that did have water. I contacted hotel.com to see if they could resolve the matter but our chat was ended as the WiFi at the hotel was so bad. It might be free, but you will be lucky to connect. Completely ruined the last few days of us holiday. To top it all we also had a power cut setting off the alarms at 6am!

Not happy with the management of these apartments. These apartments are not within walking distance to the beach like the impression given and not all apartments are near the pool but along an unmade road with only 2 basic shops and 1 basic restaurant nearby. Water supply to the apartment went off for 2 days so far. Could not therefore shower, use toilet, washing machine etc. Some of the staff seemed amused with the situation. We were told by management there was a problem with the pipework in the whole of Antalya and would be resolved in a few hours. Water supply still not working 48hrs later. We telephoned a different hotel in Antalya centre and was told they didn't have any problem with their water supply. When we asked for a refund for the rest of the week so we could go elsewhere the manager refused and said no refunds could be given and offered us another hotel for 1 night until water issue resolved. The hotel they sent us to 'Tourist Hotel' managed by the same people was well below the standard of property we had paid for, the room was small, walls were so thin you could here the conversation of guests next door and the air conditioning there was not working properly! So basically we left 1 problem to go to another. The staff at the apartments failed to call us to inform us that the water supply was back on, we had to chase this up ourselves, and when we returned that evening some of our belongings had been thrown away!
