Booking canceled, no alerts
Our booking was canceled on the day of our arrival and no one bothered to alert us (hotel and travel agency hotels.com). Clearly not a good way to keep customers

There was water issues, at certain time there wasn’t any warm water other there was only boiling hot. Breakfast was not good.
