I was as a backpacker and could leave my luggage for free for 1 week. Thank you to Ercam, the manager, very friendly. The owner is an old man who still lives in the house. You can see that he has developed the house during many years. Rooms are very practical. The owner had experience. Thank you Mr Gunay. Location, shops, restaurants, a mall and tramway in walking distance. Central bus station only 3 stations away. Airport around 1 hour but only 1 tram line. Rooms are partly very old. Who expects highly modern standard should probably go elsewhere and pay more. Comparing price and performance I can highly recommend Gunay Pansiyon.

The room had enough space But it wasn't clean at all The smell in the room was horrible (too much cigarettes smell) The man didn't speak english at all

Öncelikle tüm personele ilgi ve alakaları açısından çok teşekkür ederim . Odalar çok temiz geniş ve ferah herşey yerli yerin de çalışanlar gayet anlayışlı ve güler yüzlü fiyat performansı olarak çok iyi çoğu merkezi yerlere yakın tereddüt etmeden tercih edebilirsiniz.

Konforu, fiyata göre normal. Kredi kartı kullanılmadığı söylendi ve nakit ya da IBAN' a havale istendi. Koridorlar temizdi ama odada bulunan çöp bidonu temizlenmemişti doluydu. Konumu sakin. Park cadde üzerinde mümkün. Odada çalışan klima ve duman detektörü vardı. Küçük bir mutfak ve mini buzdolabı vardı.

Keyifli bir konaklamaydı

Temizlik olsun çalışanlar olsun herşey gayet iyiydi iki gece kaldım sadece daha çok günüm olsaydı yine burada kalabilirdim. Sadece konumu beni birazcık gerdi karanlıkta ve köşede kalıyor gibi akşama doğru çok tenha oluyor. Pansiyonun arkasında avm var 10 dakikalık bir yürüme mesafesinde. Otogara da gayet yakın. Odalar harika şekilde temiz değil yatağın altında kenarında ölü böcekler vardı birde perdesi yırtıktı ama canlı herhangi bir böcekle falan karşılaşmadım. Banyosu temizdi. Hizmette gayet iyiydi.

Тихий и чистый отель. Расположение идеальное, рядом все: транспорт, магазины, кафе, парки. Просторный номер, есть мини кухня с посудой и чайником (без плиты). Горячая вода с хорошим напором. Шикарный вид из окна. За эти деньги - лучший вариант в Кепезе!

Ortalama bir tatilci buraya gelmeli

7 Günlük konaklama sürem boyunca 1 kere çarşaf değiştirilip temizlik yapıldı. Onu da ben talep ettim artık :) ama yanlış anlaşılmasın, söyledim ve yaptılar. Sadece söylemeden yapılsa güzel olurdu. Onun haricinde resimlerde görüldüğü gibi bir odada güzel güzel 1 hafta tatilimi sorunsuz bir şekilde yaptım. Otel sahibine buradan teşekkürlerimi sunuyorum. Bir dahaki sene de yine ailecek gelmek isteriz.

otel değil korku evi sanki. gece 5 te kapınızı dışarıdan gelen kurye çalabiliyor. elini kolunu sallayan giriyor. resepsiyonist yok bir şey yok.

Un hôtel fort commode

Un petit hôtel sans prétention mais très bien tenu, confortable et surtout proche du métro qui conduit à l'aéroport. Le quartier, calme, n'est pas loin de tous les commerces nécessaires, y compris d'un grand centre commercial...agréable pour y flâner quand dehors le soleil écrase tout de sa chaleur.

Paranızla zoraki hizmet. Hemen gidin psikolojisi

Geldigimizde saat 15 civarlari odamiz hazirlanmamistı. Internetten gordugumuzden fazla para istendi daha sonra yanlislik olduğu soylendi. Oda bakimsiz. Eski televizyon ve kokmus bir halı vardi. Haliya hic gerek yok bence kalkmalı. Yer olarak denize uzak. Vasita gerekli. Saat 9.30 da en gec 11 de cikmamiz konusunda gorevli tarafindan kapi calinarak uyarildik. Otel personeli musterilerle iliskisi yok denilecek kadar az. Zorla yer veriyor izleniminde.

Otelin temizliği iyiydi ancak yatak çok konforsuzdu ayrıca birkaç ay önce çift kişilik yatağı olan odayı daha fazla ücreti olmasına rağmen rezerve ettik ancak pansiyon vardığımızda bize iki ayrı tek kişilik yatak olan odayı verdiler bizim rezervasyonumuzun çift kişilik yatağı olan bir oda olduğunu belirttik fakat o zamandan beri fiyatların çok arttığını çift kişilik yatak olan odada kalmak istiyorsak ayrıca ücret ödememiz gerektiğini söylediler bu şekilde para odaklı bir anlayıştan çok rahatsız olduk

Die Pansiyon bietet keinen Service. Die Rezeption ist keine Rezeption, sondern eine Wohnung, wo eine Dame nur für die Annahme des Geldes und die Ausgabe des Schlüssels zuständig ist. Es wird einem also nur das Zimmer zugeteilt, ohne weitere Infos. Das Zimmer in dem wir waren, war in einem Katastrophalen zustand. Die Möbel teilweise sehr veraltet. Abgestandener Zigerettengeruch im. Gesamten Raum und auf xen Möbeln. Es ist kein Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Man muss also die Koffer selber hochschleppen. Zum Glück waren wir nur eine Nacht dort. Auf keinem Fall weiter zu empfehlen!

Convenient.

Check in was difficult as no sign of the reception which is on the second floor. Took a while thanks to a resident. Run by a senior Turkish-man who spoke no English except MONEY. You can use chat service btw. Close to the shopping. A kitchen but no cooker except for a tea maker which was better than nothing. Very clean but the toilet needed to changed as it is old. Can be noisy every hour from the elementary school near some loud music for each class etc.

We reserved another room but when we went exact date they said they don't have that room they have only one more expensive one we could take it or have no place to stay. We took with very expensive cost. They even didn't say sorry.

Otelin sahibi Hilmi amca gayet güleçken insanlara elinden geldiğince yardım etmeyi seven biri. Ufak tefek eksiklikler dışında gayet güzel bir konaklamamız oldu. İhtiyacımız olduğunda tekrar gideceğim yerlerden birisi haline geldi.

Для недолгого проживания

При заселении хозяин потребовал заплатить вместо заявленных на сайте 162 лир 170 за сутки. Но мы отдали 162 и показали , что эта сумма была указана на сайте при бронировании. 1 бакс это немного , но не люблю , когда меня хотят обмануть , пусть даже в мелочах. Картой рассчитываться нельзя 🚫 ТОЛЬКО ЛИРЫ! Хозяин встретил на улице, там же и взял деньги и проводил до комнаты, вот и все оформление 😕. В комнате и душевой чисто, кондиционер , холодильник, телевизор работали отлично, есть посуда, плитки не было (возможно дают по требованию, мы не просили),постельное и полотенца были нуууу очень жёсткими, стояли колом , как кусок брезента. Подушки каменные. Квартира находится далеко от любой инфраструктуры, добираться только на транспорте. Для недолгого проживания и непривередливых туристов комната вполне подходит, но для длительного пляжного отдыха однозначно нет.
