I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, cannot recommend it based on my experience.
The room was far from clean. Most concerningly, the shower was dirty upon arrival, and to make matters worse, there was no running water during my stay—I couldn't even wash my hands. Basic amenities like Wi-Fi also failed to reach my room, and both the main room door and balcony door locks were broken.
To top it off, the room description advertised a "garden view," but it actually overlooked a cluster of dirty building roofs.
That said, I want to give credit where it's due:
The Location: It is fantastic, very central, and close to everything.
The Housekeeper: She was exceptionally kind, always smiling, and genuinely tried her best to listen and help, even though her hands were tied regarding the hotel's major maintenance and facility issues.
Management really needs to address the cleanliness, plumbing, and room maintenance. Until then, I suggest looking elsewhere.
