The stairwell was not very inviting, Yet the room was very much likeable and pretty much well equipped actually. The showeroom practicallity was to my liking as well.

The property was clean. The bed was soft and comfortable.There was no actual problem with the staff with whom I interacted. But The room was much smaller than the photos in the ad. Not even a chair to sit on at the desk. Desk was barely useable because the AC unit poured out condensation while it was running.(The AC did chill the room, but the water flooded the floor. The bed was ok, but only a bottom sheet, pillowcases and a single sized bedspread on a double bed. If there had been two people in the room, there would have been a big problem. Pillows were ancient and smelled musty. There was no bedside table. Bedside lamp on the wall was so dim, it may as well not have been there. Walls were very thin. Felt like I was sharing with the people in the next room My room was on the fifth floor, but the lift only goes to the fourth floor. Bedroom had no wastepaper bin. There was no housekeeping service. The fridge worked nicely.

Do not come here

Staff is rude and disrespectful and asked me who i was every time i came in the building even though i stayed there. Also the check out time is 12:30 but the staff knocked on my door at 11:55 and told me to leave. The bathroom and studio is very small. Will never come back

Attention! when we went to bed we were bitten by bed bugs, so we had to urgently move out and go to look for new housing at night. Also there was persistent smoke smell, as well as loud neighbors. Terrible, not recommended for booking

Balbey is a nice stay to live. It just that we hve booked room for 2 and its quite small for us. If u need a bigger room u need to add the numbers of people staying even though u re 2 person. Kitchen is good comfortable to cook very airy. Suitable for eat and relax and smoking. Owner can speak english. Very good... easy to communicate and he responded very fast..not luxury but good enough and comfortable.

Location is excellent (few meters from ismatpasha tram stops, and few meters to shopping magasins). You can easily walk to Hadrian gate and other important places. Sedat the owner was very helpful.

OK OK | Good Location but poor service

The AC was very old and was not cooling well. The room was spacious but not well lit and shady. the location was central but facilities not good. the towels were not changed for 3 days, water was not given everyday, no toiletries, etc
