Boutique hotel

Location is lovely and just around the corner is the seaview and parks. Lots of bars and restaurants on doorstep. Shuttle bus available to beach However i was not told this on check in. Staff are brilliant especially Can and Sıla .. breakfast is good Boss man who hides in the office never says hello or greets guests , very very miserable which is a shame ! But nevertheless i still enjoyed my stay

Calm area comfortable bed.Bathroom need renovation

We were disappointed when we first saw the room: The couch is broken and dirty. The bathroom is old and requires immediate renovation. There we no drinks in the fridge as shown in the pictures. However the hotel is very calm and the bed is deluxe as promised. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Lovely boutique hotel close to all restaurants and beautiful coastal walkway, Breakfast was great and the staff were always smiling and very attentive.

Do not expect anything special

The soap container was empty upon arrival and they didn’t re-fill it during our stay even when we told the receptionist. Breakfast was just ok. Dusch was broken in one of the rooms The room pictures look exaggerated and not close to reality.

The place wasn’t as I was expecting it. There is a smell in the hallways, coming from the carpets. The fridge in our room was not functional, there was no shampoo in the bathroom, and only one roll of toilet paper. The breakfast options were very limited and the quality of the food was very poor!

This hotel is situated well, good quick connections to many towns ,shops, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, and dentists. Fantastic value ! This a clean, tidy, and pleasant staffed hotel that's offers a great stay on an affordable budget. Breakfast with tea and coffee freshly prepared daily with good choice. House keeping are amazing. Super tasty breakfast and great staff. The hotel has charm. The furnishings are stylish. Only the ceiling paint in my room was peeling off and the corners in the bathroom could be painted. Everything you need is there. The great overall impression is somewhat spoiled by the necessary repairs.

Not a good 4* hotel

How this hotel can have a 4* rating! I was charged 2x for my stay. This hotel completely ruined my holiday. The receptionist had no idea what he is doing. What made me really angry was that he gave me the most horrible room with fake small and wish have a nice time in a small, smelly room.

From the room on the first floor we could hear the noise at the breakfast. We asked to be moved to an upper floor and the problem was solved. The shower was without doors because broken, gosh water everywhere. No croissant, no cappuccino, no cereals, for breakfast.. didn't enjoy much therefore.

The room was a big disappointment

The hotel was nice but the room was a big disappointment, didn’t match the pictures at all, it was tiny 3x3 square meters, no balcony, very uncomfortable. The sound of elevator was terrible, super loud, all day and night long, wasn’t possible to sleep. The staff was nice, but unfortunately couldn’t help us with better room. The location of the hotel was good, but no beach in a walking distance.

Lovely hotel, especially if you want to be close to amenities but want to come back to a peaceful place to rest. Absolutely fab as it was so close to the sea ( literally a minute away) with beautiful views. Cleaning staff and breakfast waitresses were lovely and would go out of their way to help. Would have been great to have a varied breakfast menu as we we served the same everyday. But nevertheless the breakfast was good. SOME of the reception staff were more helpful than others. I booked the deluxe room which I didn’t have on my first night even though I emailed and called before my arrival to make sure it was ready for me as I had a late night flight. I was given a standard room and any talk of a refund for that night was dismissed 😕. Apart from the false start, I would definitely book with this hotel again.

Initially we had a great stay. The area is nice and easy to get around. On check out we were cornered by the staff who demanded we pay another day. After trying to communicate with them we found they had altered our check in day to the day prior to our arrival. Their system had clearly been changed as the confirmation number was different to mine. We were forced to pay as they would not let us leave and we were late for our flight. Both me and Expedia have tried to chase this up and have been repeatedly ignored but the property. Avoid at all costs. They are scam artist.

Shocking management

Checked it bt they had double booked my room . I had a deluxe room booked 35sq meters but i had to settle for basicroom half the size . Tiny in fact. When i questioned the price saying i wasn't happy to pay the same price for the basic room, they said it wasnt their problem and i could find another hotel if i wasn't happy. Bearing in mind i was lone traveller and arrived late in the evening. The next day when i challenged the price again one of the male staff said "listen lady what do you want the room for free" Erm no i just wanted the room i booked at the price i booked it for failing that i will pay the worth of the tiny room provided. So the management staff were awful unfreindly and outright rude. However the cleaning staff and restaurant staff were so lovely kind and freindly whom do a fantastic job tirelessly

Disappointing hotel in Antalya

We received a very warm welcome email before coming and asking us if we needed anything ("don't be shy"): we asked 3 questions and had answers to none. We needed quick information on our early departure to the airport for a shuttle and a breakfast. When we arrived there were 3 staffs but all very slow and non pro active. They told us our room number and floor and that's it. No information regarding the swimpool for example. The room in itself was clean but the bathroom was all damp. The floor (in and outside the shower) was not appropriate to water and was soaked in water. The main door of the shower was missing. It made the bathroom floaded after a shower. In the shower there were mold traces. The room doors at our floor had dysfunctions with their sensors: they kept beeping like a small alarm even when closed with caused little ruckus everytime. The bed on the other hand was really confortable and without the room doors beeping our room was quiet and the hotel in a pretty good shape.

Zimmer war sauber , leider zu kleines Bad und Dusche. Personal sehr freundlich , wir wurden aber in das nebenhaus eingebucht nicht in das Hauptbaus was eigentlich als Angebot bei Expedia stand. Und Parkplätze gibt es nicht wie angegeben es ist eine. Normale str. Wenn mann Glück hat findet mann eine Parkplatz.
