Situated just outside the centre part of Antalya around 10 minutes walk straight down the road… good room clean and in a decent area. with a shop just cross the street. Staff are nice and speak alright English. Good value for money hotel and the breakfast is nice and simple. I would go back for sure

Won’t stay here again!
Lacks service - asked for additional pillow, as I had hurt my leg and needed to elevate - they told me no more pillows in the hotel! Breakfast quality low , choice limited. 15 mins walk to old town. Room service ends at 11pm - when u need it the most.

Dear Guest; Although our kitchen is closed as of 23:00, we can help you with snacks as of 23:00. Or we can help you order from outside as our hotel is in the city centre. All pillows were in use in the rooms due to the extra demand for extra pillows from the guests. New pillow orders were placed for the excess demand. Thank you for your understanding.

Very loud speaker from a mosque
Everything inside the hotel was good. The very bad thing about the hotel is that it has a loud speaker from the mosque right on the building and its wakes up people at 4am. That is very annoying. The speaker is very loud.

Good and modern hotel with great location. In comparison with many hotels in city center, the rooms are spacious and clean. Everything is quite new and makes you feel comfortable and welcome

Fantastic rooms & service and a great location for checking out the old town and marina in Antalya city center! There is free private parking available at the hotel, though easily filled. Street parking is also easily available. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

They didn't disclose the totally disruptive, daily (6am-6pm) construction going on next door. The intense and voluminous banging is persistent and unrelenting. They tricked me by omitting that information from their advertisement on Expedia. I had to go stay elsewhere after the first night. But they still tried to keep my money for the extra 6 nights I didn't use. They also tried to lie about the construction when I confronted them about it. Also, the rooms reek of sewage, and the decor resembles an unfinished construction site. Just like the unbelievably loud (and undisclosed) construction site right next door to the hotel. Caveat Emptor!

Dear guest, we didn't get paid for a room that none of our guests used, we don't. you, our esteemed guest, have made US claims that we have no right. there is absolutely no repair work inside our hotel. You can't scribble us for construction 500 meters ahead.

Gerçekten oda olsun, resepsiyondaki ilgi, güler yüz olsun bir şehir içi oteline göre oldukça iyiydi. Çok memnun kaldım, sadece housekeeper ben odadayken içeri girdi özür dileyip çıktı ama ister istemez korkmadım değil bir anda kapı açılınca. Buna dikkat etmenizi öneririm sadece :)

Excelente ubicacion, servicio y comodidad
Hotel muy bien ubicado. Excelente servicio y amabilidad. El desayuno algo mediocre, podrian mejorarlo, especialmente los "huevos revueltos" que estaban con demasiada agua. Pero en general todo excelente.

Afflon da rezil 2 gün
Gece 3 te odamizin 3 farklı yerinden sular aktı, üst kat jakuziyi açık bırakmış galiba. Başka odaya aldılar bizi. Orada da klozetin suyu gelmiyordu, tam bir rezaletti. Bunlar düzeltilebilir şeylerdir, ama nezaketen birşeyler yapılabilirdi, mesala bir kahve ikramı yapıp özür dilenebilirdi. Daha önce de böyle durumlarla karşılaştık ama otel çalışanları kibarliklari ve ekstra bir spa, masaj vs hizmeti ile açıklarını telafi ediyorlardı. Bu durumlarda olumsuz yorum yazmak mümkün değil zaten . Ama afflon da yaşadıklarımız tam bir felaketti. Bu kadar sorun yaşamamıza rağmen bir jestleri bile olmadı

Değerli misafirimiz, Yaşamış olduğunuz sıkıntıdan dolayı baştan çok üzgünüz olduğumuzu belirtmek isteriz. Fakat personellerimiz gece resepsiyonu aramanız ardından 5 dk içinde diğer oda değişiminizi sağlamış ve odamız kontrolü yapılarak verilmiştir. Sabah kahvaltıdan sonra otel yöneticilerimiz sizinle oturup konuşmak istemiştir, fakat siz 5 dk nızı ayırmamış ve görüşmemişsinizdir. Hanım efendinin akresif duruşu üzerine siz olabilir böyle sıkıntılar diyerek teşekkür ettiğiniz raporlarda geçmektedir. Siz değerli misafirlerimiz aramızda görmekten ve tekrar Afflon hotels de görmekten mutluluk duyarız. Saygılarımla..
