Nice hotel with a few letdowns
Hotel is lovely, rooms are very large and comfortable but need soundproofing, you can hear everything in the rooms either side so makes sleeping difficult. Unfortunately they had renovation works going on, think upstairs to us but drilling noise was awful. Food not up to 5* could not get plain chicken or meatballs for the children. Being ultra all inclusive would have expected bottle beers but nothing. As we were a large group we enjoyed ourselves but went out daytime.

I just returned from one week vacation and this resort hotel I will list the stuff I liked about it and the stuff I did not like: this is big resort, hotel with magnificence interior and spacious rooms, swimming pools, private beach, excellent buffet every day is the thing I like about it. And there’s a few things I didn’t like. You can’t control the AC in your room. It is disabled and it’s controlled by the hotel. I stayed seven nights and some nights I needed to turn the fan on to get outside air and I was not able to so the air inside the room becomes bad and stuffy, which forced me to open the balcony door to get some fresh air but the air outside cold so you have two options either you keep the balcony door shut and breathe bad stuffed air or open the balcony and get cold because you can I turn the fan forget about heat and cooling just turning the fan on to get fresh air was not available. I checked my oxygen level on my Apple Watch at night It was 93 which is low because I keept the balcony door close I thought this is because the hotel trying to save money on electricity. Bed mattresses are firm, not comfortable, i stayed at the CHER hotel in istanbul last year with the most comfortable mattresses in the world, I love the hotel because I loved the mattresses there. Bring your shampoo with you because the shampoo provided by the hotel is low quality, especially for ladies. If you are coming from the US bring power adapter with you

We had a really lovely time here. The staff are friendly and always helpful. Our room had two sections with a door in between, this worked really well for us as we could put our toddler to sleep and close the door to minimise disruptions. Dining was excellent, no matter how busy you can always find a table , food was fresh and varied.

The service has changed from two years ago ,now the situation is bad ,the receptionnists are talking nervous ,the food repetitive and not good and bad smell on the resturant and kids games are not free ,i dont recommend it at all

We loved everything from the beautiful resort to the food options to the staff. The buffet restaurant was amazing for breakfast, lunch and especially dinner! It is included in your stay so might as well enjoy it. All of the amenities as well as the outdoor activities were phenomenal! Only complaint is that you can’t use hair appliances in your room. I use a hair straightener and or hair wand almost daily and the power brake will blow if you use them in your room. I was straightening my hair for about 2 minutes when the power went away and it ruined my flat iron. They do have a hair salon on the first floor if you really need it. I just settled for wearing my hair in a bun after that.

We liked it overall. The pools are amazing for the kids and the room is spacious and clean. A few points to consider: The dining experience is a mess. Very average food selection, guests are all over the place without wearing masks (indoor!)... Wifi is slow and choppy... Aircon is limited to 24c which is NOT enough during the day time when the sun is hitting the room.

Adalya Elite, Lara Beach
Fabulous hotel, with excellent facilities. We stayed early November and the hotel was surprisingly busy. Unfortunately this did impact on the restaurants being very very busy, with waiting staff struggling to cope to clear tables from departing guests, so meal times were a little disappointing, particularly as all the A la carte restaurants were all fully booked! We eventually managed one night in the Italian restaurant and it was excellent, six courses no less! The hotel wine choice is also somewhat disappointing, being a very cheap Turkish wine called Biricik. On the up side there is plenty of room for everyone, everywhere else! Pool side, beach, lounges, bar areas, all good! Although each room does have an independent air con system, it is actually only available during 'high season' and the rest of the time is centrally controlled. Our room was unbearably warm and on enquiring at reception we were advised that the temperature could not be changed. For us, that was another 'small' problem. Please be aware that the taxi drivers across from the hotel do not use their meters, unless you specifically ask, and (over) charge in euros!! Both practices are actually illegal in Turkey! So insist on the meter being on, and paying in lira. It will be MUCH cheaper. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. :)

Awesome stay!!
We have been 6 days at Adalya Elite and it was just amazing stay!! The hotel is very clean in all terms, rooms, restaurants and public zones. The stuff is very helpful and ready to help anytime, and they always smile no matter what!! The kids pool doesn't have much facilities, i would like to see more for the next stay.

Great all inclusive
Food was varied and delicious. Nightly entertainment was good fun and of very talented people. The gym, and Turkish bar with free steam and sauna facilities were great. Beach was nice and clean, sand with very small stones. Water st this time of year was very warm. Hotel was great location not to far from the airport (approx 20mins taxi) with local bus stops outside to easily take you along main road to more shops or all the way to Kaleci (a must) and the Saturday Antalya bazaar (but approx 40mins but good way to use as a guide to see ther parts of Antalya local life). We also rented an electric 3 wheel scooter and drove along the designated path shared with cyclists parcellel to the road which was good fun and another great way to visit shops. Turkey again always proves to be a great family holiday and good value place but disappointingly this hotel lacked Turkish culture and entertainment in trying to please other hotel guests from other countries.

It is nice, clean and has good facilities. The good: * super clean. House keeping ladies are polite and make great job * great breakfast. It has good choice of foods in general and good enough quality but not great; exception is the breakfast it is very nice and includes every thing. Well done. * many bars with good service in general * they have Italian espresso. Although it is only in one bar. The espresso is great. * good facilities although I have one complaint (see next) The bad: * almost no one speak English * there is only one pool for babies that always occupied by big and giant men and women without kids. They're simply lying there on the sun. Many time I couldn't find a place there. * many staff members do not have a good attitude? They get nervous very quickly, one example is the lady in the guest desk. I wanted to visit Antakya aquarium and asked for some help and her rude answer was go to your travel agent. Even if you do not have information there is a way how to say it! * la carte restaurants. I took a dinner in the Italian restaurant and it was a big bad joke. No service and the food is far from being Italian * they do not have any idea about the espresso varieties. You need to make very big effort to make them understand

Good new hotel
First experience of all inclusive was good. The quantity and variety of food was phenomenal but quality was average. They tried to control costs. Otherwise everything else was great

Hotel is relatively new (opened in April 2016) The Hotel itself is very grand and is well maintained by the staff. A number of pools and activities for guests to be involved in throughout the day and evening entertainment also. The Animation team work extremely hard - special mention to Artie, Kadir, Jon and the brunette lady I didn't catch the name of (sorry!) Food is of a good variety, something for everyone. Unfortunately the Hotel staff need a lesson in Customer Service, bar a few employees the majority would ignore you if you walked past them. Trying to order a drink at dinner was also somewhat a challenge.
