Centre of town was great location

The place is a gem - - hidden but a treasure to behold. For those wanting some peace or ‘off grid’ (kind of), this is the place to be. It is close to a river and I was told they have a library that can be accessed by the visitors. For a nominal fee, one can learn a bit of history of the monastery. Their restaurant prepares excellent meal. Their 9 course is a must try. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. If you need a transfer or ride to or from the monastery, the staff can arrange it. If given another chance, I will stay again at Monte Pacis. I love the feel of being in a historic place such as this. I definitely recommend this place to everyone even if you are only to stay one night. Their local tour guide was very knowledgeable. Overall I had fun being in this place.

The hotel is in a great position for the Town Square that is only a couple of minutes away. It is however very quiet and attractive and has been thoughtfully designed. Our room had a balcony and was very clean and comfortable although the beds weren’t made up on two occasions. The breakfasts had a reasonable choice and the staff were always efficient. This was a second visit to the hotel so I would most certainly recommend it.

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay here. Wonderful apartment, immediately got help with check in when it was needed and just friendly staff. Everything was also nice and clean. The apartment was also very conveniently located; near a bus station so everything is easy to get to and near a supermarket.The only thing that people might write critical about is the fact that building was going on right in front of the outside doors, so no parking space on the inside yard. But that’s only a question of time until that is gone again too.
