"We arrived after 10 hours of driving to find they had cancelled all reservations without notifying me or the company I booked through. They had a supposed construction problem. The driveway and parking area was cracked and broken. The overall look was extremely run down. In the long run we were glad not to stay there except for the 90 minute call to get another hotel and then being charged for the new and old room that took a week to resolve."

"The Arrow is in the "unique" category. It is located in downtown Broken Bow and has its rooms in a separate building over the covered guest parking. The room was large with a small kitchen and had comfortable beds and easy adjustment of the temperature in the room. We did not go to the restaurant, but heard from others that it was good."
