If you stay in the B building, the hills are very steep to walk up to the building. The entire complex is huge and it takes a bit of time to figure out how to walk to places. there are numerous pools and bars. most of the staff were nice but some staff seemed uninterested and were just doing their jobs. The mexican restaurant was very good. We had a broken microwave and when we called about it, it was switched out the next day. It was sometimes difficult to get in contact with the staff being that they usually left right after 5pm. I also would recommend, using taxis if staying at this hotels. The mountains and hills getting up to the resort are no joke. "Loved our stay in a one bedroom suite! Our room was lovely, very comfortable and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed eating our complimentary breakfast (very good) on our terrace. We often stopped by the pool area on our way back from the beach. It is beautiful and a great place to relax and cool off. The evening shuttle to Grande Case gave us the option to catch a ride, though we often walked as it’s close by and we enjoyed the walk. Many great restaurants in the area….we loved Java...
