There i no subway, but the bus stop is waking distance and can get you there quickly and the taxi stop is also there for easy access. "The front desk was super helpful. English was not a problem for them. When I needed extra blankets, they were delivered to the room in 5 minutes. The cleaning service was friendly and even though we asked for no service while we were staying, they still checked to se if we needed towels and toilet paper. The only minus was that the temperature of the hot tub was luke warm. But Koreans are very energy friendly. At the end of our stay, they arranged a van for us to get to our hotel in Incheon. They also allowed us to check in early and held our luggage while we shopped. We will stay again next time we are in Seoul!"
