"It was uniquely terrible. Access was beyond terrible. No vehicular access and a long long steep uphill path of steps and rough concrete. Impossible for anybody with the slightest walking issues. The house is situated in a building site. The garden is a total mess. The pool is unkept. The free public parking is a plain fabrication. The room shower is rough concrete. "This guesthouse is exceptional. Especially for families, but for anyone who likes a green oasis with animals and plants in every corner. The animals are well taken care of, there are activities for kids and adults. The food is delicious. There's a welcome package with info about the farm, mealtimes, activities in the area, and info about Ramadan. The hosts and staff are so friendly and happy to help or chat. "

"My friend and I stayed here during a trip to climb Mount Toubkal and it couldn't have been better. From the moment we arrived to departure we were treated exceptionally well by all the staff at the hotel who were friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful in every way. I would thoroughly recommmend this hotel to anyone wishing to spend time in the village of Imlil and its surroundings. My friend and I both enjoyed our stay, the food, the views and the peace and quiet temendously."

"We had a wonderful stay at Chez Momo II. The views from the hotel are breathtaking and there is able patio space to relax and take in the surroundings. Food at the hotel was phenomenal and very reasonably priced. Staff was very easy to work with and accommodating. I would highly recommend going for a guided hike to the “top of the world”. Ask for a guide by the name of Mohammed to show you around. Highly recommend this area of Morocco and this hotel specifically. "

"Great stay at Esmeralda, the family in charge was very helpful and their tagines are very tasty (even the cat loved the carrots therein!)

"This is a uniquely situated, rustic property, run by lovely people. You will get a real experience of deep Morocco in the High Atlas if you visit. The area is incredibly beautiful. A magical experience.
But be aware - this hotel is situated off road. To get here you will need a high clearance SUV if conditions are good. If they are not, a 4x4. Punctures are likely, so make sure you have a spare, and can change a wheel. If it snows, you may not be able to get there (or back) at all. There is a...

"Wow, what an absolutely fabulous place! It’s exactly what we hoped for - peace and tranquility.
The staff are superb and cannot do enough for you. The most instagram worthy place I have ever been to!
Of note for those planning a trip, we stayed in the ‘low season’ (I.e. July/August). The hotel was only 20-30% full which made the stay feel even more intimate. We guess people are put off by the temperatures in Marrakesh, however it’s at least 5-10 degrees cooler in the mountains. Our stay was hot but definitely tolerable! "

But a charming place and nice furniture .

"Literally it was one of the best trips i had ever, we were very happy with the hotel and room mountain view, breakfast was tasty and various, room were very clean and spacious, and the team were On Point, very friendly, professional and they were keeping attention to each little detail to make us happy and feel like home.
Huge and Many thanks Soufiane, Abdelmjid and all the staff for your kindness, support and hospitality all over the trip.
We will be back definitely very soon, and i absolutely recommend this place to everyone, you won't regret. "
