We originally booked 11 days but loved it so much that we decided to extend our holiday by another week. The hotel was incredibly accommodating and made the room change completely seamless, which we really appreciated. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is perfect, with beautiful views and easy access to the beach, restaurants, and local shops. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was peaceful, friendly, and welcoming. What really made our stay special was the staff. Every member of the team was kind, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they genuinely made us feel at home. Thank you to everyone at Sun & Sea for making our family holiday so memorable. "We had a wonderful few days at Aquila Porto Rethymno. The property is beautiful and well maintained and with many additional facilities and games than expected. We went mid-June and had a wonderful time at the pool and beach, easily finding chairs, however, the drinks service was slow. The breakfast spread was delicious and plentiful. Very convenient location with easy walking distance to town."

Lots of sets of approx 2-5 steps throughout the property, so although not multi-storey, is a bit of a work out managing luggage. Thanks for a great stay, I wouldn't hesitate to come back again."
