The room was clean, the staff were respectful, and the breakfast was great. The hotel was also about a 20-minute walk from major attractions, which was convenient. Overall happy with the stay!

9.8/10 Exceptional! (536 reviews)
MiraMe was a pleasant surprise. The staff were wonderful, friendly and ever so helpful. When we arrived we were concerned to see the building next door under construction/renovation but turned out not to be a problem at all. We found our room to be very quiet, peaceful and had all we needed.
Due to our plans changing we were not able to take advantage of the rooftop bar or restaurant but we did go up there to sample the anazing view of the Acropolis.
The area in general was a big surprise, only a few minutes walk to Thisio metro station, the Ancient Agora, the Monastriaki flea market and countless great eating options with views overlooking the Agora. On the streets behind the hotel there are numerous restaurant options with a great vibe.
The hotel is an easy short walk to many top locations in Athens.
I highly recommend staying at MiraMe

"Down side : The room in itself was ok, but a smell of sulfure or cigarette was perceptible that annoys us a bit. It look like the room had water damage at some point in the past because all the corners of the base board were rippled. The pool was already close when we came in october Plus side : ..."
