Sanity saver

It was just a bit more than getting a hotel for our trip but the extra cost allowed us (my wife and our 2 children) to have our own rooms and space to spread out. The house was just right and nesteled in a quiet little spot. It was just what we needed, it was clean, and the house manager was very responsive.

Conveniently located to Hershey and Lancaster. Quiet street, nice neighborhood. Older house with updated kitchen. Disappointed in amenities- kitchen had no dish towels, no hair dryer. Overall it served our purpose.

Perfect!

This home is amazing! Quiet neighborhood close to many restaurants, yet a stones throw away from a quiet and beautiful nature trail along Quiddie creek, which leads to a nature park. We walked the trail, diverted to a side road and made a left on main to an incredible Pho restaurant and carry out. Great food and only a 9 minute walk! People in the neiborhood are friendly and wave. We were in town for an event but its such a cool town, would definately stay there again! 20ish minutes to Hershey. Whether in town for that or something else, highly recommend. Was exactly as advertised!

We had a really nice stay in Annville while on our annual family trip to Hershey. We've been struggling to come up with a new Summer tradition since the pandemic and I believe this house has now rounded out our game plan for future Summers going forward. For the price of a hotel, with possibly sketchy accommodations- which has been our experience in the past, we we're able to book this house for less and gained so much more: true comfort and a sense of really being able to relax. The house is pet friendly. We brought 1 of our 3 cats and he's typically pretty high strung and even he was able to relax, so much so that we saw a very chill side of him that we'd never seen before! The house is cute, tidy and everything from lights to appliances are in good working order. Allison, our Host, had just had a Baby and was still quite attentive. Overall, 5 stars across the board and we can not wait to book again for next year!

The property was just right for our needs. It’s an older home but was clean and well kept. Being within walking distance to a wonderful nature park was a nice perk! We like hiking whenever we can and that was a nice stream side trail to enjoy. And a short 20 min drive to Chocolate World was a bonus too. Glad we picked this one for our short family getaway.
