Beautiful, comfortable chalet "Les Clarines", 1'650 m a.s.l., 2 storeys. 900 m from the centre of Grimentz, on the outskirts, 25 km from the centre of Sierre, 100 km from the centre of Montreux, in a sunny position in the residential district, 700 m from the skiing area. Private: natural state property. Terrace, garden furniture. In the house: central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer, drying room. 900 m long narrow motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Single garage. Supermarket 900 m, bus stop "Carovilla" 900 m, railway station "Sierre" 25 km, outdoor swimming pool 8 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km. Ski lift, slopes, ski school 700 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). In winter, shuttle bus serving the cable car stations, 100 metres away.

Exit to the balcony. Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/WC, shower. Electric heating. Balcony, south facing position and, east facing position, small terrace, south facing position. Balcony furniture, box-room.
