"Bedroom 2m away from multiple railway lines - noisy - no air conditioning. Not safe to leave door open to o outside. Some staff were very helpful whereas others were not. On arrival receptionist told us she has no clue where the hotel car park was! Barely any water cones out in the shower which reeked of drainage smell. Sadly not a nice experience! Would not recommend!!"

"The absolute best reason to stay here is the close access to Copenhagen Airport and the metro for trips into Copenhagen Center. The breakfast is standard breakfast fare for most breakfast buffets in Denmark hotels. Some hotels like the Clarion are above and beyond that of the Comfort. Staff is helpful and the hotel is basic and nice."

"The only thing that I would have liked to have was a broom for the room so we could tidy up after ourselves every couple days. This location was in a quiet part of town with great access to a couple local attractions and great proximity to the metro and lots of great places to eat."

"Perfect location in the center city, good breakfast and delicious restaurant, that does the room service as well. Helpful and friendly staff. Overall excellent experience, definitely recommend!"

"Got a decent rate using Expedia. A lot of rooms are smallish but have very comfortable beds. Not the kind of rooms you want to spend the day in but hopefully you’re not visiting Copenhagen to stay indoors anyway. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is decent. Hotel is in a good location. Lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby. Crazy takeout burger joint across the street called Gasoline Grill. Be prepared to line up for that experience. Worth the wait though."
