Not to mention, they add an automatic 18% gratuity to all drinks and meals, which we wouldn’t mind paying if the staff was friendly or prompt. "Almost a 5 star. Great beach, bar, restaurant all right in front of you. Had a great room building 4, with a walk to everything. Red Hook ferry to st John's a short drive. And set cab fees on the island. FYI, st Thomas airport is a nightmare. "

"Expedia advertised it falsely by stating there was a white Sandy beach and there was not a Sandy beach but 20 minutes away false advertisement. Overpriced. Poor restaurant, food, limited selection, and overpriced."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hilltop bar is very laid-back and relaxing. The other pool has things going on all day to keep you entertained. There isn't that much of an option for eating on property. The restaurant food isn't good. And the coffee shop a bit overpriced. The location is great for getting to Redhook and catching the ferry to St John. "
