"Excellent stay - i booked this hotel for my parents and i highly recommend it. Location is superb, hotel is new (3 years), very clean, two restaurants are great food, the rooftop lounge is unique; hotel also helped my parents book a car for day trips which was very well managed. The owner also met my parents and made a connection. My parents enjoyed the stay and if I plan to come to Mangalore; i would book this hotel without hesitation - initially i had planned to book Taj Vivanta for parents - but found this gem as 1/4th the cost. "The location, layout and amenities were great, beautiful views, lovely private dunk pools from your balcony. Staff are very helpful and friendly, and the complimentary breakfast is great - three courses of yummy vegetarian surprises!"

"Staying here has been the worst experience, forget other aspects, staff is not only incompetent but crooks as well. We booked classic room which was confirmed and when we reached the property, they claimed they are all booked and issue was with website. We had to settle for a much cheaper room since it was already late under the promise that they would refund the difference which they agreed to but never did. The room was smelly and there was no hot water. Staff acts oblivious to any issue if you ask them for assistance. We stayed there just for the night but pretty sure if we would have stayed longer, we would have found more gems in their issue treasure box."
