  • Friends! We are a USNA family (‘92) and love this town! Walk to bottom of Fleet Street and you are at the docks. Walk to the top and you are at State Circle. Smaller car garage parking now with EV! Although this blue Carriage House is from the 1800's, you will love all the modern touches including bluetooth speaker, smART tv with local artist paintings, newer kitchen appliances and a Brand New Deck! People watch right outside our door at one of Annapolis’ most photographed murals. Go Navy Beat Army!!

    Primary Bedroom- king bed with Novaform mattress. Sconce lights for bedroom readers. Fan with remote and ensuite bathroom.

    Bedroom 2 - Queen custom bed with comfy mattress. Everyone says how comfortable it is.

    Please inquire if you plan to park in the garage. It is very narrow and walls are not straight. Please check your car size. EV charger in garage.
