Enjoy the convenience of being forty yards from the US Naval Academy Barry Gate (Gate 1- Visitors Entrance) and easy access to City Dock through private key controlled gate. Not only is this home close to all the amenities of downtown Annapolis it is renovated with a completely new kitchen, furniture, beds, bathrooms state of the art entertainment system in the living room and master bedroom. Listed in the Capital Newspaper as "Home of the Week" in 2014 and was recognized by the Historic Annapolis and the Preservation Project of the year in 2014. This home has a lovely semi-public garden with a gas grill perfect for a BBQ with family and friends (garden/patio area are not available during the boat shows).

We have stayed at this property twice and it’s always just right for a visit with our Midshipman at USNA. The location cannot be beat and the amenities at the house make our travel as smooth and feeling “at home” as possible. The hosts are lovely and the property cannot be beat. We’ll be back!

Perfect location for a reunion with friends from New York, New Jersey, Maryland and Virginia. We loved the house and the garden was a great place to hang out and watch the sunset. Would recommend to my friends!

Very comfortable home close to USNA Barry gate
Our family enjoyed this wonderful historic home just steps from the Barry gate! Easy walk to downtown, city dock, water taxi, and everything else! Comfortable home with gorgeous modern updates. Our Mid enjoyed being close to Bancroft, and we loved the short walks to Main St.
