  • Downtown in the heart of Eastport Annapolis, this first floor studio condo boasts high ceilings with lots of natural light and ample closet space. Fully remodeled with new floors, tile and stainless steel appliances, as well as a pull-down Murphy bed that is home to a comfy tempur-pedic mattress. Cozy electric fireplace below a 58” 4K television. Basement houses additional storage and full-size W/D. Grill area shared by the 3 units in this building with on-street parking. Please note that MD assesses a 7% occupancy tax which will be invoiced after your booking is completed and collected through VRBO. This tax is in addition to the 6% sales/occupancy tax collected by VRBO upon initial booking.
