Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete FeWo

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Verwalter. Eigener Parkplatz im Hof war Klasse! FeWo ist komplett ausgestattet incl. Spülmaschine. Fotos in Annonce sind sehr genau, wenn auch etwas dunkel.Einzige Punktabzüge für etwas zu weiche Betten und ein fehlender Messerschleifer/Wetzstahl.

Der Verwalter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, jedoch wurde schon länger nicht gründlich gereinigt.Schmutzige Tassen, Eierbecher, Küchenschränke schon länger nicht gereinigt und Staub auf den Schränken.Hundehaare auf Couch und Bettdecken.Die Matratzen müssten auch erneuert werden.Positiv ist das die Wohnung sehr geräumig ist.

Eine FeWo die zum wiederkehrend einlädt

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Kurzurlaub in AB. Ein Ort der gut gelegen ist um auch dad umliegende Erzgebirge zu erkunden. Aber auch die Stadt selbst ist idyllisch und sehenswert. Man sollte aber gut zu Fuß sein, da die Stadt selbst Bergauf gelegen ist. Nach einem anstrengendem Tag bietet die FeWo aber Platz und Komfort um zu entspannen. Die Einrichtung ist Mosern und man hat an alles gedacht. Auch der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und diskret. Wir wären am liebsten länger geblieben.

Sehr schöne moderne Wohnung

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön, wir wurden nett empfangen und bei Problemen wäre der Verwalter jederzeit erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber und modern eingerichtet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Empfang, saubere und moderne Fewo. Alles da, was man im Urlaub braucht! Geschäfte leider nur mit dem Auto erreichbar, Fahrzeit aber nur 5 Minuten. Wir waren mit 2 Hunden da, alles kein Problem!

Kurzurlaub um das Erzgebige einmal kennenzulernen.

Für die kürze der Zeit war alles okay. Nachteil waren die vielen Baustellen und Umleitungen, aber das wir sich auch ändern. Gefallen haben mir die alten Bauten die schon wieder renoviert waren. Man wurde in die alte Zeit versetzt.
