Come home from the sand and trade the beach bag for a poolside seat. The lagoon-style pool winds around a central patio, with mature palms and lush greenery giving the backyard its private island feel. Enjoy a swim in the heated pool, settle into the shade or unwind in the separate hot tub while the day slows down.

The screened porches make it easy to enjoy the island breeze over breakfast or a relaxed dinner. Inside, the main living room connects to the kitchen and dining area, so conversation can keep going while meals come together. Upstairs, a second living room gives the group another place to watch a movie, read or enjoy a quieter moment.
🍽️ A KITCHEN MADE FOR VACATION DAYS
Prepare breakfast before the beach, pack snacks for the kids or cook a favorite family meal. The kitchen includes full-size appliances, cookware, dishes, a coffee maker and a generous island with seating. Choose the indoor dining table or screened porch table when it’s time to gather.

The three king bedrooms work well for the adults, while the two bunk rooms give children their own space to settle in. Bed linens and bath towels are provided, and the washer and dryer make longer family stays easier.

The fun continues when you come home from the beach. Challenge the family to ping pong or foosball, pull out a board game or give the kids a movie break in the second living room. Beach equipment, a pack ’n play and a highchair help take a few things off your packing list.
🚶 WALK TO PINE AVENUE & THE GULF
Leave the car parked and explore the neighborhood at island pace. Pine Avenue’s shops, cafés and restaurants are just one block away, and the Gulf beach is approximately an 8–10-minute walk from the house. Enjoy an easy stroll out for coffee, browse the boutiques or head toward the beach for sunset. The home is near the beach, rather than beachfront.

• This elevated home requires stairs to reach the main living level, with another staircase to the upper level. It is not wheelchair accessible.
• There is no bathroom on the pool level; bathrooms are inside the home upstairs from the pool.
• The pool is professionally serviced Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The tropical landscaping can bring occasional leaves or natural debris between service visits.
• Maximum occupancy: 14 guests. Parking: 4 vehicles.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Please respect the city’s quiet hours of 10 p.m.–8 a.m.
