Welcome to The Salty Marlin, A — a charming canal-front duplex tucked away on the North End of Anna Maria Island. This cozy retreat offers the perfect blend of island style and modern comfort, with everything you need for a carefree beach getaway.

This side of the duplex features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. The primary bedroom offers a plush king bed, while the second bedroom includes a cozy queen, both dressed in crisp linens provided by our professional linen service.

The bright, open living area welcomes you to unwind after a day of sunshine and salt air. Brew your morning coffee with the Keurig, or take breakfast outside to the shared canal-side patio, where you'll find dining for four under a shaded umbrella.

Outdoors, enjoy the relaxed island lifestyle with plenty of amenities designed for fun and comfort. Fire up the gas grill for an afternoon barbecue, relax around the shared firepit, or challenge friends to a round of cornhole.

Your stay includes complimentary WIFI a washer and dryer, and all the beach essentials—towels and chairs. There's parking for two cars, and you'll be just minutes from Anna Maria's Pine Ave with charming shops, and restaurants.

Traveling with family or friends? The neighboring side of the duplex can also be rented, allowing your group to stay close while enjoying the comfort and privacy of separate spaces.

The free island trolley stops nearby and travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. Whether you're sipping coffee by the canal or watching the sunset over the Gulf, The Salty Marlin, A offers an easygoing North End experience that feels like home—only better.

Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals will charge your credit card for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

Your final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. We will send you a final payment reminder 90 days prior to arrival. We do not automatically charge your card for your final balance.

The instructions for making your final payment will be included in your final payment reminder.

Only good things to say about this place. Location was good, short walk to the beach. The place itself was excellently landscaped with fun back yard. The decor inside was homey. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
