Perfect Little Gem in AMI

I loved this house!!! I do a lot of beach staycations and this is one of my very favorites. The house was so cute. Great simple decor. All the things needed in the kitchen. Bed was great! I will stay here again and absolutely recommend this location to all of my friends and family.

Sweet Little Beach Vibe

The rental was clean, had the comforts of home. Perfect size for a single, couple or small family. The pool and location were great. Close to everything without being right in it. Only real complaint was the bed was firmer than I prefer.

Simply Perfect

Sunrise Garden will be a staple for our family. Apt. style, yet lush and private. Simple. Perfect location. If you are not a property snob and just want to relax, ride bikes/golf carts and forget the rest of the world for awhile, this is the place. We will return.

Sunrise Garden has a beautiful, private pool with newly covered palm patio umbrellas and lots of chairs. We really enjoyed sitting out by and swimming in the pool. The exterior landscaping is colorful with lots of lush trees, flowers, and bushes. There is plenty of parking, although guests did seem to park in each other's spots quite often. The location is tops! We had easy access to restaurants, beaches, the pier, beach supplies, and shopping. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, looking at the houses. It was SO nice to be able to walk everywhere. The suite itself was cute. It was spacious enough for the two of us. We did not cook, but it did not seem that the number of stemware and other essentials were checked. We only found one wine glass. The laundry facilities are outside, and one washer would not drain. It was free, which was nice. Our biggest complaint is that the bedroom is extremely bright. The blinds don't block light, and there are security lights right outside the windows. My husband ended up buying black plastic tablecloths to hang up to block the light a bit. The bathroom electric outlet also shorted the first time I tried to use it. No one came to look at it, although a workman did come to repair a previously reported problem with the fridge. He was in and out of our room for a few hours, which was only slightly inconvenient. Overall, we had such a nice time and were really glad that we chose Sunrise Garden.

Property was so clean and nicely decorated. Includes everything you could need including a shared washer and dryer with detergent, small chairs and Beach umbrellas to take with you to the beach! Loved it!

Walkable to the east side of the island near the pier. Lots of solid food options. If you rent a bike or golf cart you have great access to Bean Point and the main gulf side. Would def rent here again.

My friends and I really enjoyed the place. It was a great location a comfortable place. It was clean and we thought it was adorable.We had two minor issues and both were resolved. Our coffee pot did not work. We message to ask for a new one. They did bring us one. It was the next day after morning coffee time but at least we would have it for our third and final day there. That would’ve been great if we had had a filter left, but I think because we tried it a few times we didn’t realize we didn’t have a filter. We tried it with A pAper towel with no success. ! Oh well, at least the guy who brought the coffee pot was so kind and pleasant. Our air stopped working one day and it was resolved quickly! The team work together to make sure someone got there quickly. They sent Brandon over to communicate what was going on and he was able to fix it. He was so kind and pleasant as well. Brandon was fantastic!
