Staff not helpful at all. You will have to stand at front desk for 5 minutes before anyone shows up. There was no one there when I wanted to check-in or check out. I had the worst experience I’ve ever had first room was super dirty second room heat didn’t was moved to 3 different room then day two when me and my family wanted to take a shower we had to wait 12 hours for wash rags and towels because the staff didn’t wash them
