JUST renovated 3BR, 2.5 BATH just steps to THE BIG HOUSE. Whether you are visiting Ann Arbor for a sporting event at the "Big House" , Chrysler Arena, a U of M graduation ceremony, OR Ann Arbor's Art Fair, you can enjoy it ALL from the convenience and comfort of our perfectly sized home. Our classic yet modern residence has been completely remodeled - in addition to having hardwood flooring throughout the 1st and 2nd floors, the kitchen includes cherry cabinetry, granite counter tops, and new Kitchen Aid appliances The family room is perfect for entertaining or having a quiet night in.. The second floor features a bright master en suite with a dual sink vanity highlighted by Kohler fixtures, Quartzite counters, custom mirrors, designer sconces and dreamy marble custom shower. There are two additional bedrooms with a center hall full bath with custom cabinetry, Quartzite counters and penny tile floors. Each room features Horizon screen shades.
In addition to the Big House being only steps away, Allmendinger Park and the shops and restaurants on S Main are just a hop, skip and a jump.
*Please note: The primary contact for any group interested in renting must be twenty-five (25) years of age or older, and at this time we do not rent to groups larger than six (6) people.
