Eher schlecht war der Wellness Bereich: die Sauna hat immer mal wieder die Temperatur verloren, die Duschen haben nicht gut funktioniert, eine war nur kalt, die andere nur warm, teilweise sogar zu heiß und es sollte ein Hinweis angebracht werden, dass die Dusche aktiv abgestellt werden muss, es war öfter der Fall, dass sie gelaufen ist, ohne das jemand geduscht hat. "We get to the hotel and greet the receptionist and say we have a reservation and she starts speaking in german and say we don't have a reservation (i think) in a very angry way, and when i didn't understand she got even angrier and gesticulates at us, and then guy shows up that speaks good enough english and we ask what's wrong and he says nothing and we get our key. "After an early glitch with access using the key card I really appreciated this luxurious hotel. Grand piano in the entrance hall, large and comfortable bedroom with seating area. The superb swimming pool and spa area as well as bountiful breakfast buffet in the nearby hotel made my stay very pleasant."
