"This is a fully virtual check-in experience, first for me. The location is fully in the busy downtown Santander business district. Street parking can be a challenge, and it is meter paid. There are also paid parking lots available. Lots of restaurants and urban amenities. The room and bathroom were clean and well appointed. This is a great value."

"Had to put the heating on when I arrived as the room was very cold. The decor was very old, paint peeling and skirting loose. The washbasin was clean, hairs on it and the water from the tap was just a dribb. Having a shower was difficult as when you held the shower head up the water stopped altog. At the garage, the hotel advertised the price as €12 when it was actually €17. "
