  • This 5,200 sq ft beautiful waterfront home on Lake James has 6 bedroom, 5.5 baths and is great for entertaining. Come experience the gorgeous lake views and sunsets! The home has many fantastic features including granite counter tops, marble, hardwood floors, open floor plan (3 levels) game room, complete mother in law suite/guest suite and so much more. Total sleeping capability is 22. Close to Pokagon State Park, dining, and shopping. Come relax at this up-scale getaway and experience the best that Lake James has to offer.

Handled 16 family members easily. Nice dock and swimming area. Kids had great time in lake and bunk room. Comfortable beds. Sandbar on lake was fun. Park nearby worth a visit. Fun trip!

Girlfriend trip

The house was amazing, 16 ladies all slept comfortably and plenty of room for us to all be together in the living room. We loved hanging out in the water and on the dock. The house is stocked with all the things plus firewood. Plenty of patio furniture. We rented a boat and parked it at the house. We had an amazing time!

Cannot say enough nice things about our stay. It was clean, large enough for 19 adults comfortably, and a very easy check in / checkout process. The owner is very responsive and made everything easy. Annual family weekend

Everything was wonderful, clean, well stocked. The house was beautiful. It was big enough for 20 of us. The only downside was that there was a lot of stairs and taking food and luggage in and out was a lot of work. I would still stay there again! We loved it!

Large beautiful lake house

This house is amazing! The bedrooms were sizable and just perfect for our family of 8 adults and 9 grandchildren. Everything was nicely stocked from the shampoos, towels, spices, firewood, games, on down. The only negatives were that the large rec room/bedroom with 6 bunk beds was very cold & couldn’t be changed. Also, the Ring smoke detectors/security lights in each bedroom were too sensitive….you couldn’t even roll over in bed without them coming on.

Once in a lifetime family reunion

The house was stunning and well equipped for our large group, big enough for everyone to spread out and lots of vantage points to enjoy the lake. The bunk room was a huge hit with all the cousins and let the adults have space and time for quieter activities without quieting their fun. A couple tips if you're coming with a large group, the back bedroom and second kitchen was great for our family with little kids who were up in the night. Also, we placed a massive Walmart Plus order and had groceries delivered an hour or two after we arrived, which made settling in so easy. Bringing a boat or kayaks, plus water shoes for swimming and gear to fish off the dock makes the lake lots of fun! Thank you, Kimberly, for an unforgettable family reunion!

This place was BEYOND Amazing!!! We booked this for a family reunion and liked it so much that we want to come back next year with even more family members. It’s is a massive house with plenty of sleeping for up to 20 people. It sits right on the water and has the most incredible sunset views. Our host was very responsive to all our questions and requests. If you have the chance to stay here - Do It!
