This place was in a good location, about 10 minute walk from Pub Street, the night market, etc. I had a couple issues with broken things in the room (shower head not working, toilet leaking), but at least the hotel staff were understanding in attempting to fix things quickly. I was glad to be on the first floor, as there's no elevator here.

Hotel is good and in a calm area. A short tuk-tuk ride to main town region and hotel provides one way free shuttle in the evening.
BHotel is getting old, cleanliness is not spot on. breakfast is just basic. But all these are made invisible by extremely friendly & Polite staff. We tried spa, it is just ok

The room was kept clean and tidy and there was always someone around for any kind of need you may have . Highly recommended .
