The boutique hotel was amazing. The common areas were designed perfectly with a mix of culture, a connection with the outdoors, and a modern elegance. The rooms were well appointed with stand alone shower, a private balcony, plenty of storage, and a very comfortable bed.
All these things warrant a 5 rating but the true excellence of this hotel is the staff/service. From the moment you arrive you experience a special connection with the staff. They are so friendly and attentive that you feel like you are the only guest of the hotel but I can tell you they treat every guest the same way. There are too many people doing outstanding work to name but I want to especially acknowledge Alice and her front desk staff. There was always a cold towel and a bottle of water waiting for me when I returned to the hotel. And the tours…..same quality service outside the hotel as I received inside the hotel. And the spa, amazing professionals.
I’ve been a business/personal traveler for 40+ years and I would rate this hotel a top 5 stay of all time for me.
I’ll be back!

Everyone was so helpful and nice. We were greeted immediately with a cool towel and a juice drink. Our flight came in around 10 a.m. which means we got to the hotel well before the 2 p.m. check in but they were able to let us check in early.
