It’s a quiet location with amenities nearby such as restaurants, supermarket etc. The host Francesco was very responsive and provided excellent check-in instructions. "The listing doesn’t make it clear but this is a private room in a shared apartment with shared bathroom facility. It wasn’t a problem for me but it was a surprise, especially at this price. You also aren’t told that check-in is in a separate building (in this case down the street).
My room only had a small window opening onto the stairwell by the front door so it wasn’t always quiet. The apartment is on the third floor with an elevator featuring a sign saying don’t panic, elevator is slow.

"What a fantastic little resort. We were attending my son’s wedding near Bari and we found this resort and it exceeded our wildest dreams. We just wanted a few days after the wedding to relax and chill. The resort is only 9 rooms but that was ideal, as has masses of space and there were a range of activities on offer if we wanted and there is a lovely pool with plenty of shade. Outdoor dining for every meal if required. Great breakfasts and lunch and diner.
The reason I gave it 5 stars (which is unlike me) is the staff, great English, attentiveness and friendliness. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend if you and a peaceful, relaxing break. Grazie Mille!"
