"The moment you walk into the lobby it takes you back few decades but in a good way. They have a beautiful lobby nice vintage set up with a modern twist. Staff was friendly and check in was a breeze. The room we got was beautiful it also had a vintage look to the room which was very relaxing and provided pure comfort throughout our stay. The property was quiet and peaceful even being on the main highway in town you couldn't hear much of the cars on the road. The location is great as planned its located not to far from the village and few minutes away from grocery store if you plan on cooking in the room which made the stay feel like being at home. Overall great new hotel from what the staff informed us its a newly remodeled hotel with great upside potential. I cant wait till they get that bar going in the lobby. Good luck I hope nothing but the best for this location..... Also if they're was one thing I would change is i would take the tv out the room and put into near the fireplace. We couldn't enjoy the fire while watching a movie at the same time which was a bummer but it sure won't stop us from returning!"

"From the outside, during the day, this hotel looks pretty nice. At night? Different scene. My partner and I went to check in and we were greeted with a kind worker. He was helpful and polite. As we were walking out, we noticed multiple people under the influence of drugs and a few prostitutes. As you drive around the property, you can see people hanging over the balcony yelling out while absolutely under the influence. There were also shirtless women walking around. I understand this is a MOTEL and not a HOTEL but I have never experienced the zoo-like behavior and overall unsafe environment. Overall, my partner and I didn’t feel comfortable leaving our car there at night and bringing expensive camera gear into the room. There are also signs plastered everywhere that Motel6 isn’t responsible for any items stolen. It didn’t rub me the right way. After checking into our other place, they mentioned the parking is under extreme security. That’s where I’d rather stay. "

"The layout of the hotel itself is cute, tons of stairs & 1 elevator was out of order. The cleanliness was good for the most part. The restrooms are VERY small. The only problem was the metal/aluminum bed frame. My Honey & I kept slamming our toes into the bed frame and it was loud. Overall would stay again."
