Beautiful, Spacious Cabin with Spectacular Views

The beautiful log cabin had ample room for our large family vacation, everything was very neat and clean. Erin, our host sent messages several times before and during our stay to check in, which was very nice and accommodating. The scenery / views from the cabin were spectacular! The 10,000 ft elevation took some getting used to, but overall our family had a wonderful stay at the Wine Down Retreat.

Family Thanksgiving

The house was perfect for a large family group. The house was open and spacious. The house was clean and everything was in good working order. The only thing I'd recommend is that in winter, with snow, you should have 4 wheel drive. We got about 5 inches of snow Sunday evening and by Tuesday the roads were still difficult to climb up without 4 wheel drive. The area is beautiful and like a movie scene when covered in snow but this is one of the things to be aware of.

Snow Snow Snow

Erin was great! Best property manager I have ever worked with. Very helpful and responsive. We were snowed in the first day and needed additional supplies so Erin made sure we have it. The house was very well kept for the most part. However, there is no perfect house so a few recommendations. Given the capacity, the house could use another set of washer/dryer. We were not able to wash our ski clothes every night. Internet was very slow most of the time. In fact, it wasn't even working the morning we checked out so we were not able to adjust the thermometer. Carpets on the stair to the basement are old and dirty. Overall, our family enjoyed the house and would highly recommend to other renters.

Incredible location

I can't say enough about the location of this property. The views are stunning. We were able to watch elk, deer & turkey daily. Great sledding on location for the littles, 10 mins from stores & slopes. Comfortable for everyone.

Outstanding Property

We had some challenges the first night with a power outage and a back up generator with a faulty battery with a house full of young kids and temps heading towards single digits...but Erin was great helping us scramble to find someone to get the generator up and running...and full power came back later that night. After that, the stay was magical. Great property for a large family, with space for all and very comfortable

Beautiful cabin and view

Beautiful cabin and view. Home must be worth over a million dollars. Huge kitchen with everything we needed to cook our meals. Everything appeared to be high end. Home had everything we could imagine and more. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Big game room. There was nothing missing that we wished we had. Exceeded expectations.
