Great property and was perfect for our family of 3. Beds were comfortable, we did not use the murphy bed. Washer and dryer was helpful. Would definitely rent again!
Cozy little condo at the base of the Angel Fire ski resort! Everything in the condo was neat, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Reservations, check in, and check out process were simple and clearly explained in email and text communications. If you do have questions about your rental or anything else, be sure to reach out before you arrive as there is no one available at check in to answer questions. You are given a code for a lock box where you pick up your keys. This wasn’t and issue for us, but it is good to know if you’re used to or expecting for someone to be available at check in. We did receive a packet of information on check-in with our keys that was helpful during our stay including condo and local area info which was nice to have.
I do recommend this place and wouldn’t mind coming back!

Nice Condo, good location, a few maintenance problems
We enjoyed our stay in Angle Fire. The condo was clean and quiet. We had some troubles with the Murphy bed, which we were planning on using for sleeping. On the first night, we discovered (bout 11:00pm) that we did not have any sheets for the bed. Housekeeping brought them the next day. The next night, one of the legs of the bed fell off as we were putting it down. We called maintenance the next morning. No one came to whole day. My husband went by the office the next day and then someone came out to fix the bed. So, of our 5 nights there, we did not have use of the bed on 3 of the nights. We had 5 teenagers and adults in the condo and needed the bed.
This condo had a great location to the slopes. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. However, it needs a MAJOR facelift!! Peeling wallpaper and outdated appliances, fixtures were a little disappointing. The cleanliness made up for those things. The worst (almost unbearable) part was the SMELL!!!! When we first walked in the condo had a very unpleasant smell. It was a non-smoking unit, but smelled like stale cigarettes and all around musty! Worse yet, when you ran the water from sinks or showers the water literally smelled like ROTTEN EGGS!!!! No one in my family even showered the entire stay because the smell was sooooo strong and was absolutely awful!! Then, it would also stink up the entire condo and only add to the already bad smell of the condo!! The only thing that kept us there was the fact that it was so clean and location. When we woke up in the mornings I would open the bedroom windows about an inch and turn the fans on in the bathrooms…..that way the condo could air out a little while we were on the slopes. Also, it was very noisy. On the first floor there was a condo with dogs barking for most of the day (assuming owners were working and gone so dogs barked, because it would stop around 5:30 / 6:00. Condo above us seemed to have a constant inflow/outflow of people. Whenever we were at the condo, mainly in the evenings, the walking, stomping, jumping coming from above us was enough to have to sleep with earplugs until around 10:30/11 every night
