"Nice hotel, staff were polite and friendly close to the beach"

"I booked a room with a view, the receptionist was unprofessional, I asked them to confirm the room with the beach view, I was told yes, “whatever you booked, you get”. I got to the room and I had a view of all the nasty buildings in front of me. Again, the service sucked. The tiny elevator got stuck, and one of the customers said, it happens everyday… I took my bags right away and left this nasty hotel."

"It's far from the airport, crowded area in Casablanca, the building is clean and in good condition, the staff is helpful, it definitely has a business vibe, so If you are on business travel this is the place to go, if you look more a place for relaxing but at the same time things to do, it's better to look for another different options "
