This percolates to the guests when they are greeted. The front desk seem rude although they may not be but they are always overworked and rushed. "Overall, this is a great hotel option. the room was a good size, had lots of amenities (kitchen and laundry), and was clean and close to transit options. This is especially a great hotel if you are planning on spending time at Tokyo Disney, as it is quite close on multiple bus lines. The only thing that was slightly cumbersome was that the hotel uses real/physical keys, and they ask that if you are going far from the hotel during the day (or going to Disney) that you leave the key with them...

"Amazing onsen at the hotel! Outdoor and indoor bathing with sauna and steam room with a view! You can sit back and enjoy the planes arriving and departing whilst in the onsen. Clean rooms and nice and quiet but loooong hallways as the hotel is massive. A very convenient stopover when traveling from Hokkaido to Okinawa. Definitely recommend this hotel! "
