"Property was full and not enough close parking. The beds were really uncomfortable. I think that for the high price we’ve paid the conditions could be better. The lady in the reception was adorable, the bedsheets and towels were exceptionally clean. It was only 3 minutes away (car) from downtown and the telecabine. The apartment was big including the rooms. "

"Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans votre chalet, un très bel endroit, pile ce dont nous avions envie pour un séjour entourés de neige! Malgré le froid extérieur il faisait très bon dès notre arrivée, et la récupération des clés a été très simple malgré notre arrivée plus tard que prévu. Merci!"

"The little house was great for the price. Could be improved by air conditioning. It is very warm in bedrooms and as it was raining could not let in fresh air. One let down…the bedding was dreadful. Unclean cover on bed and mattress cover covered in other peoples hairs😕also found some in bathroom sink"

"Appartments, notice this since there are no daily cleaning (which is fine by me) and you might need your own towels if travelling more than 2 people, likewise bring your own toiletpaper. We did not buy breakfast, not sure if this is possible, but there is a supermarket 600meter from the appartment and you can use the kitchen to do your own breakfast (or meals in general)"

"We didn't feel that this property was representative of the listing pictures. It was a lot more run down and stark in comparison. Perhaps because we got a ground floor unit. - The patio was unusable (no privacy and plastic table and chairs were covered in bird poop). - Grounds weren't well kep with grass long, not outdoor seating around the pool (which is much smaller than expected with limited hours). - Check in process was frustrating. - Unit had absolutely no supplies (no hand soap, no...

We were there to watch the Tour de France so the location was excellent for that, but everything else was AWFUL. No sheets available on the filthy beds, no bath towels just 2 disgusting kitchen towels that were stained so badly it was hard to tell if they had been cleaned. Keep looking elsewhere because this place is not good."

"Nous sommes une grande famille de 14 personnes et avons passé un excellent séjour à Casa Dartos.La maison est très bien équipée et vraiment spacieuse. "The hotel is located on a side road in a modest size village. Very little traffic passes so it's not likely to attract passing trade but does mean it's very quiet with no vehicle noise in the rooms. The staff speak good English so communication isn't a problem. The room has a balcony with views of the mountains in the distance. Breakfast costs extra but is of high quality. The only issue is the soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty but the shower gel provided an alternative."

"We stayed in an apartment. I loved the property and its relaxed feel and location. Some lovely walks are available close by. The reception staff spoke good English and were very polite and helpful. They are very spacious, warm and clean, but very self contained. The bed was comfortable but pillow choice was limited. Kitchen was nice with 2 hot plates, no oven or frying pan. There is a dishwasher but no washing machine. Unfortunately the WiFi was not working and was not fixed during our stay. Excellent self parking and it was easy to get a good night sleep here. "
