Wonderful stay

We can highly recommend Villa Arni, the hosts were very kind and helpful, the flat is clean and authentic greek style, with the most wonderful view of the town. Close to town and the Beach. We really enjoyed our stay there and if We ever visit Andros again, we would stay at Villa Arni.

Lovely room with kitchen facilities, private terrace and rooftop terrace. There was everything I needed including a fridge freezer, cooking rings, a grill and kettle. An easy downhill walk yo the beach, supermarket and many eateries. The owner was polite and hospitable - he went out of his way to make me feel welcome. Lovely accommodation that I would recommend. All room sizes available. Would highly recommend. The only downside is that Expedia seem to have a problem with processing payments, so I had to pay at the property - not expedient, ironically. 8

A very nice family run villa. We booked at the last minute and could not have been more pleased. Good location a short walk to the town beach and harbor with a large number of restaurants. Artemis was wonderful and as helpful as could be. The rooms are very vlean and well appointed including a small kitchen. We will be back nest time on Andros.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Arni e l’esperienza è stata semplicemente meravigliosa. L’appartamento era impeccabile: spazioso, arredato con gusto e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per sentirsi come a casa. La pulizia era perfetta e ogni dettaglio, dagli arredi alla biancheria, trasmetteva cura e attenzione. La posizione è ideale: in pochi minuti si raggiunge il centro di Batsi con le sue taverne, i bar e le spiagge, ma la villa rimane tranquilla e silenziosa, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata al mare. Dalla terrazza si gode di una vista splendida, soprattutto al tramonto. Un ringraziamento speciale va ai proprietari, estremamente gentili e disponibili, che ci hanno accolto con calore e fornendoci consigli preziosi sull’isola. Consiglio vivamente Villa Arni a chiunque voglia vivere un soggiorno autentico, confortevole e indimenticabile a Batsi. Torneremo sicuramente!

Excellent apartment with great location!

For starters I really believe that Batsi is the place to stay when in Andros. Its a pretty big village with lots of restaurants and bars and a lot of people every night. The big plus compared for instance to Andros is that you have the nice walk next to the sea full of taverns.. Villa Arni has a perfect location in Batsi. Like a 5-8 minute walk to the village center and just 3-4 minutes away from the beach. What you get is a beautiful view over Batsi and the sea enjoying a nice retsina on the big balcony. This at least from our apartment on the upper floor. The lower floor lacks the view unfortunately. The apartment itself was pretty big and spaceous for our family of 4. The apartment was old country style, might be liked by some people and not so much by others. Everything is very clean and nice though. We really liked it and enjoyed our holiday! What really struck me was the service of the family running this hotel. They were just amazing and helpful in all ways. Really wanted to make sure we would get most of our holiday. Giving lots and lots of tips where to go, what to see and do and of course everything regarding the hotel stay itself. We felt like staying at distant relatives rather than just a hotel! I just want to say a big THANK YOU (specially to Artemis) for taking such good care of us! Highly recommended!

Le bien être simple dans un cadre magnifique

Nous devions rester 5 jours nous sommes resté 10 jours. La chaleur et la discrétion de Nana ont fait chaviré nos cœurs. La plage de Batsi a 3 minutes a pied, le village calme. Pour le confort simple, le ménage impeccable, la bonne humeur de tous.

Perfekt boende i Batsi

Fru Nana får en verkligen att trivas. Tipsar om allt man vill veta, bokar taxi och har koll på båtturer. Mysig rymlig lägenhet med allt man behöver. Fin egen veranda. Rent och fint. Extra plus för duschdraperi! Bra läge med 3 minuter till stranden o hamnen. Verkligen prisvärt!

Perfekt i Batsi

Trevligt, lugnt och fräscht med lagom gångavstånd till byns centrum. Nära till stranden. Vacker utsikt över havet, bergen och Batsi hamn från de övre rummen (6-8). Rar och hjälpsam hotellägarinna.

Clean quiet wonderful Villa.

Wonderful place. Very clean with a sweet helpful landlady. Nice quiet location. Spacious one bedroom apartment With balcony patio. Beautiful view. Good restaurants in walking distance. Beach within walking distance. There is a public bus if you come in on the ferry that cost 2 euro to within three blocks of the hotel. Taxi cost about 12 euro. Very restful stay. The nearby outdoor cinema has been shut down thus no Night noise as noted in a previous review by someone else.

Sjarmerende lite hotell

Et lite leilighetshotell ca 10 min gange fra havna i Batsi. Rent og pent, og nydelig utsikt mot havna fra det velstelte uteområdet. Batsi har en liten strand og fine spisesteder. Hyggelig dame som driver stedet. Kommer gjerne tilbake.

A lovely place for a restful week

We were delighted to find the hotel so lovely. The rooms have a personal touch, hand painted decoration, embroidered sheets, lovely color coordinated decor that is not your standard hotel fare. Just what we were looking for! Stone floors, a balcony that was very large with table and chairs, and a view we'd dreamed of. Couple that with plenty of hot water and a kitchenette, regular cleaning, very nice people running the place -- we were very happy.
